James C. Russo

President and Chief Executive Officer
Jim Russo is President and Chief Executive Officer of Princeton Financial Systems, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of State Street Corporation, a position he has held since October 1999. Under Jim's leadership, Princeton Financial Systems' business has expanded to include more than 430 clients on six continents. Jim is committed to the partnership between education and business. Jim is a member of the board of the New Jersey Technology Council as well as a member of its education committee. Jim is also the former chair of the Advisory Board for Enterprise Management Consulting Practice at Temple University's Fox School of Business. He is still associated with Temple's School of Business in a consultative role for students and faculty. Jim earned his master's degree from Felician College in New Jersey and his bachelor's degree from Pace University in New York.

Michael B. Dahl

Corporate Strategy, Governance and General Counsel
Michael is responsible for driving Princeton Financial Systems' corporate strategy and exercises overall responsibility for mergers & acquisitions, compliance, risk management, information security, corporate continuity and the legal affairs of the company. Prior to joining Princeton Financial Systems in 2002 as General Counsel, Michael counseled public and private corporate clients at the Princeton office of national law firm Fox Rothschild. Michael is on the board of directors for CancerCare of NJ for the greater Mercer area. Michael earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University.

James F. Dobbie

Vice President, Head of Product Management
James F. Dobbie is vice president and head of Princeton Financial Systems' Product Management. James has more than 28 years of experience in the financial services business with a focus on product development and client service delivery. In 1982 he joined DST and was instrumental in the development and success of PAS, their fund accounting system. In 2001, State Street purchased the PAS product from DST and James continued the management of the product for State Street. James earned a Masters in Business Administration from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO. He is actively involved with community groups, including serving on the Board of Directors for Save, Inc. and the Kansas City AIDS Service Foundation.

Christian J. Farber

Chief Marketing Officer
Chris Farber is senior vice president and head of Global Marketing, Sales and Relationship Management for Princeton Financial Systems. Chris has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry marketing financial products and services as well as enterprise software solutions. Prior to joining Princeton Financial Systems, Chris was responsible for managing sales and relationship management at Albridge Solutions. Additionally, Chris has held management positions with JP Morgan Chase, Advent Software and Financial Models. Chris received his B.A. from Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA.

Linda Kane

Vice President, Global Support & Professional Services
Linda Kane is Managing Director of Princeton Financial Systems GmbH located in Frankfurt, Germany. She is responsible for Client & Professional Services including implementation, support, and consulting for PAM, MIG21, DVS Fund Warehouse and other related products. Linda joined Princeton Financial Systems in 1998, prior to her current role she was Director of Client Services for North America. Linda has over 24 years experience in the Software, Insurance and Service Industry.

Charles D. Morris

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Charlie Morris has almost 30 years of experience in technology strategy, software development, and infrastructure management spanning a variety of diverse subject matter domains. Since joining Princeton Financial Systems in 1993, Charlie has held numerous positions focusing on core software and infrastructure technologies. Under his direction, Princeton Financial Systems designed and developed advanced integration interfaces and embarked upon the redesign of PAM's user presentation and middle-tier architecture. He also led efforts to upgrade the company's IT infrastructure to the world class data center and disaster recovery site Princeton Financial Systems employs today. Charlie is also an accomplished speaker, panelist, and author spreading the Princeton Financial Systems technology vision globally throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Prior to joining Princeton Financial Systems, Charlie was Director of Software Engineering at TeleScan Limited, a developer of teleradiological medical systems. Earlier in his career, Charlie developed flight simulation, cognitive training, anti-submarine warfare, and naval intelligence systems for the US government. Charlie holds a BS in Experimental Psychology from Moravian College and an MS in computer science from Villanova University.
